Choose which AI model powers each part of your simulation, or bring your own key.

Choosing AI models

Each simulation can define one or more model configurations. You can:

  • Use a platform model billed against your Prisma credits.
  • Bring your own API key for a provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI).
  • Use a local model where one is available.

Set the temperature, max tokens and an optional system prompt per configuration. Mark one active. The in-app assistant can set up platform or local models for you, but never your private API keys — add those yourself on this tab.
