By accessing or using Prisma, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
The service
Prisma provides an AI conversation simulation platform for educational and research use. Features include simulation design, participant management, live observation, transcript export, and AI-generated feedback.
Acceptable use
- Use Prisma only for legitimate educational or research purposes.
- Do not attempt to circumvent platform controls, abuse the AI, or use the service to generate harmful content.
- Obtain appropriate consent from participants before collecting data in research contexts, in accordance with your institution's ethics requirements.
- Do not share account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account.
Your content
You retain ownership of the simulation scenarios and content you create. By uploading content you grant us a limited license to process it to deliver the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and ethical standards.
Billing
Paid plans are billed as described at sign-up. Institutional plans require a separate agreement. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 30 days of a charge if you believe there is an error.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
Limitation of liability
Prisma is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
