Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2025

Prisma is a platform for AI conversation simulations used in educational and research settings. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

What we collect

  • Account information (name, email address) when you register.
  • Conversation transcripts generated during simulations you create or participate in.
  • Usage data (pages visited, actions taken) to improve the platform.
  • Participant codes entered at the start of a session — no personal information is linked to these codes unless the researcher adds it.

How we use your data

  • To provide the Prisma service: running simulations, storing transcripts, and generating exports.
  • To send essential service communications (account confirmations, billing receipts).
  • To improve platform reliability and performance.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with the service providers necessary to operate Prisma (hosting, payments), under strict data processing agreements.

Participant privacy

Participants in Prisma simulations access sessions via a code, without creating an account. No personal data is collected from participants unless the researcher explicitly collects and stores it within the simulation scenario.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for session management and your preferences. You can manage cookie settings using the 'Cookie preferences' link in the footer.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
