Variables are the dimensions every conversation is scored on — tone, accuracy, empathy, whatever your study needs.

Once conversations exist, start an analysis: the AI codes each conversation against your variables. Export gives you a research-grade CSV with one row per turn and your coded variables as columns.

Analysis runs in the background; poll the analysis status or watch the dashboard.
