Getting started

Prisma runs AI-driven conversation simulations. You write a scenario, the AI plays the other side (an interviewer, a patient, a customer, a historical figure), and your participants join with a code or link — no account needed.

The short path

  • Create a simulation and give it a name and scenario.
  • Add at least one session — the actual conversation, with the bot's persona and opening line.
  • Add participants (one by one or a CSV), or share the join link.
  • Optionally add feedback rules and analysis variables.
  • Publish, and watch sessions live from the observation view.

Everything below expands on one of those steps.
