Group Chat & Rooms
Some scenarios are group exercises — a negotiation, a team discussion — where several participants need to be in the same conversation.
A room holds several participants who take turns in one shared conversation on a session. Assignment rules place participants into a room automatically by participant code; anyone unmatched can be assigned manually in Participants. Group Chat requires an organization or a Pro plan.

Create a room
Set how many participants it holds, and an optional password if you want participants to enter it themselves.

Assign participants automatically
An assignment rule places participants into a room by their participant code — for example, everyone with an odd code, or a specific range.
